Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes — you can switch plans at any time. Upgrading gives you immediate access to the higher tier’s features and prorated billing; downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Are there usage limits or overage fees?
Yes — each plan comes with defined usage (seats, storage, AI calls). If you exceed those limits we’ll notify you and provide options: upgrade, add-on, or custom enterprise terms.
How is my data protected, and what about privacy?
Security is a core part of our offering — we provide tenant-isolated data, encryption in transit and at rest, fine-grained permissions, secrets redaction, and full auditability. Your content is not used to train our models without explicit opt-in. (Reflecting our “no-training on your content” promise.)
What payment options and billing cycles are available?
We accept major credit cards and, for larger customers, offer invoice billing. You can select monthly or annual billing — annual gives you a discount. You’re not locked in long-term for standard plans.
What happens when I cancel or switch plans?
If you cancel or change to a lower-tier plan, your data remains accessible. We provide export options for your chats, files, and integrations in standard formats. After the retention period (e.g., 30-90 days), we may archive or delete data per policy — so it’s smart to export ahead of time.
Are there additional costs?
Our plans include everything listed on the pricing page. Additional costs apply only if you exceed usage limits, add more team members, or activate optional add-ons. We always notify you before any overage charges.

Do you offer refunds?
